Butlers Chocolate Coffee Cups

Why not try different flavoured liquors such as Irish Cream or Tia Maria?

Butlers organic dark chocolateIngredients:

  • 200g (7oz) Butlers Organic 70% Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 300g (11 oz) light condensed cream
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlúa
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 20 small paper cups

(Makes 20)

Method:

Combine the chocolate, condensed milk and cream in a large bowl and allow to melt together over a pan of simmering water for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the mixture is very thick, remove from the heat and allow to. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours until well chilled.

Using two teaspoons, scoop a small amount of mixture and scrap it into a paper cup. Repeat until all the mixture has been used. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and refrigerate until required.
