Butlers Chocolate Nutty Brownies
Ingredients:
- 375g Caster Sugar
- 375g Cocoa Powder
- 130g Butlers 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 170g Plain Flour
- 175g Walnuts
- 225g Unsalted butter, melted
- 4 Medium Sized eggs
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Line a small backing tin with greaseproof paper.
Slowly mix the sugar, cocoa and flour together.
Add the chopped chocolate and nuts.
Then add the eggs and melted butter, mixing well.
Be careful not to over mix. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
The brownies should be soft to touch in the centre.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
