Butlers Ice Cream Crunch
Ingredients:
- 500ml Single Cream
- 180g Butlers Milk Chocolate Honeycomb Crisp
- 4 x Meringue Nests
- Irish Cream liquor, to taste.
(Makes 20)
Method:
Whip the cream.
Crush the meringue nests and broken honeycomb bars together in small chunks.
Fold in the cream and mix well.
Add the Irish Cream liquor slowly to your taste.
Place in a large bowl, cover and freeze until required.
Stir the mixture well during the freezing time to break up any ice particles and serve!
