ButlersChocolates.com offer three delivery options; post, road courier service and international priority delivery. All orders are dispatched from our BRC accredited factory in Dublin.

We do not offer a postal service in Ireland as it is more efficient and cost effective to use our overnight courier service.
If you choose the postal option and the order weight exceeds the 2kg limit, we will package your parcel in separate 2kg bundles and each bundle will be charged as separate shipments. Alternatively it may be more efficient to choose our road courier or international freight service.

All orders are dispatched from our factory in Dublin. We will do our very best to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible however, in some cases we cannot guarantee a next day delivery.

- Please note we cannot accept delivery to PO Box addresses and recipient telephone numbers must be provided with each order.
- Currently Fed Ex do not deliver to Australia, delivery is restricted to postal service only.

- All prices include fuel surcharge, Butlerschocolates.com reserves the right to alter its shipping prices at any time in line with increases in fuel charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Delivery charges do not include taxes and duties, where applicable. Customers are liable for customs charges upon receipt of delivery.
