Logging on to My Account

New Customers:

Please enter your email address during the shopping process and a password will automatically created and emailed to you.

Returning Customers:

Please enter your email address and password during the shopping process or login directly to your account. Once you have logged on you can:

• Change your Email or Password
• View your Previous Orders
• Edit Shipping Address Details

Searching for Chocolates

If you already know which items you would like to purchase, you can begin searching via the search box on the top of every page. Alternatively, if you want to browse our online collection you can select featured chocolates on our homepage, or search by occasion or price range.

Choosing your Chocolates

Once you have located your items of interest click on the product title or image. To place your order, click Add to basket.  Check the item, price and quantity in your shopping basket.

If you want to change the number of boxes of a particular item you want to buy, highlight the number in the Quantity box with a click of your mouse, type in the number of copies you require and click on Update. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, simply choose Checkout to proceed to the order form, or select Continue Shopping as required.

Order

If you click Checkout, you will be asked to login and then brought to the Shipping Details page. Fill in the form with all relevant details (fields marked * are obligatory) or select a shipping address from a previous order and select Continue.

Please review your order details now and provide your Billing Address. If the billing and shipping address are the same, simply click the relevant link and select Continue.

Payment

Select your preferred payment method and enter your card number, name and the card's expiration date and your card’s security code. The available payment options are American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Laser card. Check that all details are correct and click Complete Order. You will be brought to an order confirmation page with all the details of your order. You will also receive an email to confirm your order.

Delivery

Delivery rates are based on your shipping zone and the final weight of your purchased items. Details of delivery pricing and our terms and conditions are available on our Customer Service page
