"I was at the cooking experience in butlers on Saturday 29th December, 14 and I would just like to say what a great say it was from start to finish. The stand out from the whole day was Paul, he was fantastic, Very knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. Needless to say afterwards we bought lots of chocolate. I thought we would get to taste some chocolates but no. Excellent day.  Well done."

- Elaine

"On behalf of children and staff at Enniskerry Montessori School, I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience we had at Butler's Chocolate Factory! The children and all staff thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back next yer! We would also like to give a special thanks to Eimear and Paul who were so friendly and generous to the children, and the trip extra special! "Hi!! Took part in the Butlers tour on Thursday 4th at 12pm....Just to say that we all really enjoyed it and Paul, our guide, along with Gabrielle who demonstrated the chocolate making did a fantastic job!! We would recommend the tour to anyone and I have just put a very positive review in to Tripadvisor stating the same.....Our thanks to all of the employees too as we appreciate the end result. Full marks to the staff in the Cafe too, just as good as the Pavilion Shopping Centre Cafe which we visit when we travel to Dublin from Bangor in County Down. Keep up the good work".

 - Stephen

"Yesterday 18th I took two people with special needs on your tour. They thoroughly enjoyed their day and so did I. We were met with kindness and caring all the time. We were late arriving ---- the battery in the "bus"was dead so I had to race around looking for another wheelchair accessible car/bus. When I arrived red faced and breathless was told to take my time there was no rush and when we went into the auditorium and the guide apologized for the late start he said it was due to the previous tour taking longer than expected.I thought that was so nice --- I didn't really believe him but !!!! When we went down to the cafe and the girls took such a while picking out their lunch again we were met with such patience and kindness. Thank you all so much for the lovely experience".

- Mrs Ann Smyth

"Businesses usually hear criticisms when they invite feedback, but today I want to compliment you on your outstanding staff. I did your excellent tour with my daughter & baby on Friday, August 8th at 15:30. Unfortunately, my baby didn't enjoy it as much as us (despite plying him with white buttons!) & was very vocal. In addition to being fantastic at their jobs, our guide Paul & his female colleague were incredibly friendly, thoughtful & patient with us. They are wonderful representatives & real assets to your business. I have already highly recommended your tour to my friends & family, & will continue to do so".

 - Mary Reynolds

"I just wanted to say thank you for putting on a wonderful birthday party for my daughter last Saturday the girls had a fantastic time and I didn't have any stress. Particularly the two ladies that ran the tour where excellent and went above and beyond to assist. Thanks again"

 - Niamh

"I recently went on the Butlers Chocolate experience with a colleague as we are studying to be Montessori Teachers and went to gain an insight into this experience to relay back to our fellow colleagues about the learning possibilities of a trip like this for children. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found all the staff to be very professional and really friendly and we would highly recommend it".

 - Kathleen Nolan

"Many thanks to all your staff as we were a party of eleven who went on your factory tour on bank holiday.  We really enjoyed our time there and just wanted to thank all your staff for making it a little extra special for our niece who was celebrating her 16th, but also for a little family of three kids that we brought, more nieces & nephews (Delves, ages 2,5 &  12) as this helped make their Easter just a little more special as they have been through hard times. Many thanks again for the memories".

I felt she want above and beyond in doing her job and really made the end of the tour special.”

- Andrew Donnellan

“We would just like to thank all the staff who looked after us…..They all had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute to include the staff who waived to them, watching the chocolate being made, the treats and tastes along the way and the information they were given about the factory. They really loved decorating their bears and all the tastes and samples they were given. They particularly loved Mags their tour guide who they said was very nice and funny. The whole experience was excellent and great value for money and we would like to thank all at Butlers for a wonderful tour and we will be recommending it to everyone we know. Well done and thanks.”

- Triona Dempsey

“All the children had a wonderful time and described it as ‘the best party ever’!   Of course one of the main contributing factors was not only the chocolate but our excellent party guide Mags.  She added to the magic with her great wit and running informative commentary.  Thank you Mags.  The children loved all aspects of their journey at ‘Butlers’ - the highlight being the ‘experience room’. Thank you all so much again for hospitality and the great experience.”
