Once you have accumulated 9 hot beverage bonus points, our Baristas will be notified at till point when you are entitled to a free hot beverage and you can redeem your reward within the next 12 months, at your convenience.
Just contact us via your account dashboard or email us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, if you have not registered your Platinum card, it is not possible for us to transfer your points.
Butlers Hot Beverage Points will be added immediately after your transaction has been completed and your till receipt will show your current balance. You can also check your points in the Platinum section or on your account dashboard if registered through our website.
Unfortunately, points can only be added in-store at the time of purchase and cards must be presented at the start of the transaction.
